I even role-play Harry! What was I thinking?!!!

A Town Like Alex

This was the first wallpaper actually done as a wallpaper. It was created to accompany the Stargate gen team fic. of the same name, by Hatshepsut. There is a direct link to the story below.

The central image is of Alexander the Great whose mother claimed to have been 'visited' by Zeus in the form of a snake... Oh yeah? The city is Alexandria, Egypt, which is where the adventure begins.

A Bright Particular Star

This was done to accompany Alphekka's slash-y short story of the same name. I really like the picture of a sleeping Daniel and it seemed a shame not to use it again.

Andromeda - Starcrossed

This was my first attempt, hence its odd size - hadn't quite got the hang of it! Someone wanted screen caps of Starcrossed, so I hunted down a few. Then I thought of making a picture from them...

The background is a photograph of the Andromeda galaxy - M31 (NGC 224).

And speaking of ducks, Eos also has a thing about Jack and ducks— No, don't ask! Her mind works in a very peculiar way, as you'll know if you've read her hysterical 'Pain and Angst'. (Link below.)

For non-Latin speakers, the title is nicked from "Fiat lux!", meaning 'Let there be light!' Dux means leader, as well as being a trendy way of spelling—
